Qualifications

• Two years of office management and administrative support experience.

• Strong writing, editing, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation of Olympia and/or district office.
• Maintain office records per the Washington Public Records Act.
• Answer phones and be first point of contact for callers/visitors.
• Manage the Representative’s calendar, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
• Track legislation progress and respond to constituent inquiries.
• Draft responses to emails, letters, and calls.
