Job summary

HOLT Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator in Texas to schedule and monitor service work, quote activities, and communicate updates to customers and internal teams. The role requires coordination with the Parts and Service teams to ensure timely delivery of Legendary Customer Service.

The ideal candidate will manage daily work-in-progress, track service histories, and enter labor hours accurately for payroll.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to schedule and coordinate service work.
• Accurate data entry and payroll processing experience preferred.
• Strong communication with customers, coordinators, and sales reps.
• Familiarity with CAT Service processes and field operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and direct service work to meet department goals.
• Track work in progress and prioritize resources.
• Provide quotes in PSQ unless prequoted by PSSR and approved by customer.
• Communicate scheduling, quoting, and repair updates to customers and teams.
• Maintain timely department reports and documentation.
