Job summary

The Customer Service Coordinator at HOLT CAT is responsible for scheduling, directing, and monitoring service work to ensure Legendary Customer Service for our customers. You will coordinate daily work in progress, prioritize work, and allocate resources while tracking in/out of service for machines.

Responsibilities include quoting service work in PSQ, communicating updates to customers and sales reps, and maintaining accurate data entry for labor hours and payroll.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Up to three plus years CAT service experience or five plus years in heavy equipment.
• Proficient with DBS, Service Link, MDS, SIS.
• Strong communication and scheduling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work in progress to meet department goals.
• Provide quotes in PSQ unless quoted by PSSR and approved by customer.
• Direct and monitor service work and track equipment in/out of service.
• Communicate scheduling, quoting, and repair updates to customers and sales reps.
• Maintain accurate data entry for labor hours and payroll processing.
• Prepare department reports and ensure timely paperwork.
• Process customer payments and enter into DBS.
