Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Kitchen Manager in North Olmsted, OH to oversee all Back of House operations, purchasing, receiving, preparing and presenting food according to recipes and procedures. If you have a passion for made from scratch food, apply today!

This role requires leadership to manage staff, enforce safety and quality standards, drive efficient ticket times, and maintain a safe, clean work environment that supports our core values and service standards.

Responsabilités

• Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures
• Enforcing compliance with all employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety of guests
• Directing productivity to monitor and maintain efficient ticket times
• Managing performance of Back of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline
• Assisting with development of key employees through daily feedback in one-on-ones
• Conducting line Taste & Temp checks as part of inventory and kitchen safety
• Overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items
• Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures
• Managing food costs, tracking waste, and controlling kitchen labor costs
• Directing work for Back of House staff including hours, schedules, and task assignment
• Training Back of House staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending hires
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals
• Training and mentoring staff to ensure consistent quality
