Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager to assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily Back of House operations and with ordering, receiving, preparation, and presentation of food. This role emphasizes food made from scratch and Legendary service.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the production of food in the kitchen to ensure quality and consistency.
• Enforce compliance with employment policies within the area of responsibility.
• Monitor tickets and pace during peak hours to maintain service flow.
• Direct Hands-on supervision of the restaurant including support with serving, hosting, or cooking as needed.
• Conduct line Taste and Temp checks to ensure food safety and standards.
• Maintain proper handling, storage, and rotation of all food items.
• Support inventory management and waste tracking as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment and working areas.
• Uphold recipe adherence and procedures across Back of House staff.
• Foster a safe work environment and develop Back of House employees.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety at all times.
