Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, and food preparation in a timely manner per recipes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures
• Enforce employment policies and ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient ticket times
• Manage Back of House staff including evaluations, coaching and discipline
• Develop key employees through daily feedback in one-on-ones
• Conduct Taste & Temp checks for inventory and kitchen safety
• Oversee proper handling, maintenance and storage of all items
• Apply safe food handling procedures consistently
• Manage food costs, waste tracking and kitchen labor costs
• Schedule Back of House hours and tasks around restaurant hours
• Train Back of House staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Review applications, interview and hire Back of House staff
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals
