Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, and presenting food according to recipes and procedures. You will lead the kitchen team to ensure safety, quality, and timely service in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on managing staff performance, enforcing policies, and maintaining cost controls while upholding our make-from-scratch standards.

Qualifications

• Experience or background in kitchen management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Back of House operations including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce compliance with employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Manage ticket times and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Supervise Back of House staff, conduct evaluations, coach, and discipline as needed.
• Assist with developing key team members and provide daily feedback.
• Conduct Taste & Temp checks and oversee inventory, safety, and correct storage practices.
• Control food costs, waste, and kitchen labor; set weekly schedules and assign tasks.
