Job summary

Texas Roadhouse in Florida is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food items in a timely manner according to established recipes and procedures.

You’ll supervise production, enforce employment policies, manage schedules, coach staff, perform line Taste & Temp checks, control food costs, and foster a safe, clean, and high‑energy work environment with strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Direct productivity to maintain efficient ticket times.
• Manage Back of House employees including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Develop key staff through daily feedback during one-on-ones.
• Conduct line Taste & Temp checks for inventory and safety.
• Oversee handling, storage, and safe disposition of items.
• Manage food costs, waste, and kitchen labor.
