Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations, including purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting food per recipes and procedures. You’ll ensure safety, quality, and timely service in a dynamic, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing back-of-house operations.
• Strong knowledge of recipes and food safety procedures.
• Proven ability to manage costs and labor in a kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production and preparation of food per recipes and procedures.
• Enforce employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Direct productivity to meet ticket times and ensure efficiency in the kitchen.
• Manage performance of BOH staff including evaluations and coaching.
• Develop key employees through feedback and one-on-one sessions.
• Perform Taste & Temp checks and oversee inventory, safety and storage.
