Job summary

You will manage line performance, inventory, and safety, ensuring timely service and consistent quality. You will lead, train, and evaluate Back of House staff, set schedules, control costs, monitor waste, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Supervising and overseeing the production and preparation of food in line with recipes and procedures.
• Enforcing employment policies and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
• Directing productivity to maintain ticket times and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise back-of-house production and prep per recipes and procedures.

• Manage Back of House employees including evaluations, coaching and discipline.
• Develop key staff through feedback and coaching during one-on-ones.
