Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a legendary Service Manager to oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage FOH staff, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered to guests.

You will drive guest satisfaction, train teams, control liquor costs, and schedule shifts while upholding safety and standards. This role offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Front of House teams.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and service guidelines.
• Ability to schedule and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee Front of House operations and staff performance.
• Provide Front of House training and coaching.
• Conduct performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Manage liquor orders and control costs.
• Enforce liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Support development of key employees and hourly staff.
• Coordinate interviewing and hiring of Front of House staff.
• Set weekly schedules and assign tasks to staff.
• Create a positive, safe environment aligned with company values.
