You will drive guest satisfaction, enforce policies, and lead training programs in a busy restaurant environment.

The role includes scheduling, hiring, coaching, and maintaining safe food handling procedures while upholding our core values and service standards.

Qualifications

• Driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Providing or directing all Front of House training.
• Managing performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Enforcing compliance with employment policies and overseeing cleanliness and safety of guests.
• Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs.
• Directing work for Front of House staff including scheduling and task assignment.
• Reviewing applications and hiring Front of House employees.
