Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience or farming knowledge is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; ability to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; basic computer skills and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend products, and add value.
• Perform merchandising plans, stock and price updates, and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of birds and care for poultry holding tanks.
