Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will be part of a team that greets customers, uncovers their needs, and recommends solutions.

The role involves operating a cash register, stocking, merchandising, and maintaining safety standards, including poultry care where required.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge are strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet the Customer and uncover needs & wants and recommend product solutions.
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover, Recommend, Add Value, Appreciate the Customer.
• Perform a combination of duties including stocking, merchandising, unloading, janitorial tasks, and price changes.
• Ensure birds' safety and well-being and maintain poultry holding tanks as required.
• Complete documentation and support additional duties as assigned.
