Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. You will greet customers, uncover needs, recommend product solutions, and add value while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Experience not required; a high school diploma is preferred. The role involves various duties including cashiering, merchandising, stocking, and basic safety responsibilities,

Qualifications

• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours including nights and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer; Uncover needs; Recommend solutions; Add value.
• Operate cash register and process transactions following procedures.
• Stock and merchandise recovery; complete plan-of-gram procedures; assemble merchandise; perform janitorial duties.
• Safety: ensure birds safety, sanitation, and maintain poultry tanks.
• Complete documentation for duties; perform other duties as assigned.
