Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to engage with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and a proactive service mindset across shifts.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying needs, recommending solutions, and handling transactions while maintaining store standards and safety.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required; reading, writing and counting能力 are important.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store.
• Uncover customer needs and wants to provide appropriate solutions.
• Recommend product solutions and upsell where appropriate.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight processes.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
