Job summary

Dentons US LLP seeks an AI Automation Engineer to design and deliver secure, scalable AI-powered solutions for legal and business operations in the United States. You will work with attorneys, practice groups, and business teams to translate needs into workflows, apps, and integrations using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI services, and Microsoft 365.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of software development experience, strong coding skills in C#, Python, or

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language (C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD practices, APIs, data structures, and SDLC practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Graph APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-augmented workflows and integrations.
• Prototype and implement secure generative AI solutions for legal use cases.
• Modernize Power Apps and SharePoint solutions with AI-native automation.
• Collaborate with attorneys and business teams to translate requirements into scalable tech solutions.
• Develop production-quality code, APIs, integrations, tests, and deployment processes.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security and governance requirements for legal practice.
• Train staff in adopting new AI tools and workflows; produce clear documentation.
• Monitor AI landscape and measure business impact of implementations.
• Other duties as required.
