Qualifications

• 3+ years in legal technology, legal operations, process automation, or related discipline.
• Experience implementing and configuring legal technology platforms (e.g., contract lifecycle management, matter management, document automation, eDiscovery).
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and practical use of generative AI tools in legal workflows.
• Must be licensed to practice law.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and business stakeholders to understand workflows, identify automation opportunities, and develop scalable solutions.
• Translate legal and business requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows across legal and compliance functions, including contract management and eDiscovery.
• Lead rollout plans, stakeholder readiness, and post-launch reviews to ensure adoption across teams and geographies.
• Design training programs and guides to help legal professionals use technology responsibly.
• Evaluate and pilot emerging legal tech and AI tools; propose continuous improvements.
• Contribute to AI governance and compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Establish and track performance metrics for deployed solutions to demonstrate ROI.
