Job summary

Jobtailor is looking for an AI workflow designer to translate legal objectives into AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate with attorneys and IT to prototype and deploy automated workflows for document review, due diligence, contract analysis, and legal research.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in legal tech or AI workflow design, with familiarity in no-code/low-code tools and Gen AI. Training, templates, and compliance with data privacy and ethics are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years in legal tech, law firm, or AI workflow design; legal background highly desirable.
• Experience as a prompt engineer or in product support/business analysis with exposure to low/no-code automation.
• Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, AI Builder) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Gen AI (LLMs, RAG, agentic AI).
• Familiarity with Harvey, Hebbia, or similar legal AI tools.
• Basic Python or scripting skills; API familiarity a plus for future projects.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
• Consultative approach with the ability to engage legal professionals and stakeholders.
• Curious, self-starter, team player; proven critical thinking and decision-making under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills; experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Growth mindset to become a power user and suggest process/tool improvements.
