We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our San Diego office is looking for a Legal Writing Clerk to join our fast-paced team. If chosen as the successful candidate, you will be responsible for assisting our attorneys in drafting letters and legal notices to tenants who have breached their lease obligations and completing the corresponding follow-up tasks to keep matters progressing in a timely manner.

$26-$30/hour DOE + benefits
Position is full-time at 40 hours/week. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday. This position is fully onsite. Hybrid/remote applicants will not be considered at this time.
