We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our Irvine office is looking for a Legal Writing Clerk to join our fast-paced team. It is our mission to provide the highest quality, cost-effective legal services to our clients.Compensation: $26-$31/hour DOE + benefitsResponsibilities:Draft legal notices, letters, and stipulations for unlawful detainer casesReview residential leases and client documents to identify lease violationsCommunicate with clients to obtain relevant information necessary to draft letters and legal noticesCommunicate with clients regarding status of their casesAssist with case intake and data entryQualifications:We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:Previous experience working in a law firmStrong writing skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to multi-taskProfessional communication skills via telephone and emailTyping speed of 65+ wpm and versatile computer skillsMust provide writing samples showcasing writing styleThe following qualifications are preferred:Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent training/experiencePrevious legal research experienceProLaw experienceSchedule:Position is full-time at 40 hours/week. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday.We currently offer a hybrid work model for select positions within the Firm.
