Fortz Legal Support, based in Grand Rapids, is seeking a Production Specialist to deliver transcript production services for attorneys, law firms, and corporate clients. The role includes syncing videos, billing, and handling client emails and calls, with support for remote depositions via Zoom.

We welcome someone ready to train, with a professional demeanor for the legal community, and a willingness to work mostly independently while collaborating across departments for special projects.

• Tech savvy; experience with video is helpful.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 3–5 years of office experience.

Responsabilidades

• Quality control of transcript packages to ensure proper order fulfillment.
• Document preparation and scanning.
• Processing printed transcripts to fulfill client orders including sorting, tabbing, binding and shipping.
• Package intake logging and internal delivery.
• Tracking assignment status on proprietary computer system and communicating with court reporters.
• Interaction with other departments to resolve inquiries or assist with daily activities.
• Local delivery of rush packages to clients and drop-off to UPS.
• Occasional trips to set up electronic equipment at courthouses and law firms.
• Maintenance and interaction with service companies of large-scale production equipment.
