Job summary

Veritext Legal Solutions is seeking a Production Representative to ensure transcripts and exhibits are printed, bound, and packaged for client delivery. You will manage final production and shipping to meet deadlines and quality standards.

You will review materials, perform quality checks, label and organize shipments, and coordinate courier pickups, while safeguarding confidentiality of sensitive legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and perform thorough quality checks on transcripts and exhibits before scanning into digital systems.
• Drive high-quality printing by managing finalized transcript and exhibit files to ensure flawless output.
• Prepare cover sheets and labeling exhibits precisely for organized shipment.
• Package completed orders with care, handling labeling and documentation, and staging packages for courier pickup.
• Guarantee client satisfaction by ensuring every package is bound, assembled and shipped according to order specs and deadlines.
