Job summary

Remote Legal is seeking a Production Specialist in the United States to ensure complete and accurate transcripts and deliverables on time. You will perform final transcript checks and convert outputs into client formats, working closely with the Production Manager and Order Review Specialist to manage workflow.

This primarily remote role requires high attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency with standard software tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Located in US Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones or willing to work CT/MT/PT business hours.
• Preferred experience in legal transcription, scoping, proofreading and/or court reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform final transcript checks and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Convert transcripts to client-requested file formats (PDF, Word, text, etc.).
• Conduct standard quality control checks following SOPs and checklists.
• Follow departmental protocols to ensure compliant, high-quality deliverables.
• Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and business information.
• Respond to client inquiries via Remote Legal's CRM with professionalism.
• Escalate issues when information is missing or deadlines are at risk.
• Collaborate with internal teams to handle rush orders and special requests.
