Job summary

Hunter Hamilton partners with a large, established law firm in St. Louis seeking an experienced Technology Trainer to develop, deliver, and maintain technology training programs for attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative staff.

The ideal candidate will have direct law firm experience, deep knowledge of legal technology and Microsoft Office, and the ability to tailor instruction to varied practice groups and experience levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years of technology training experience in a professional setting.
• Direct experience supporting attorneys, paralegals, and law firm staff.
• Expert-level Microsoft Office knowledge with emphasis on Word, including legal formatting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver technology training programs for attorneys and staff.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing training on firm applications and Microsoft Office products.
• Create training materials and user guides; provide hands-on end-user support.
• Collaborate with IT leadership on software implementations and upgrades.
• Track participation, evaluate effectiveness, and adapt resources as needed.
