Job summary

Alston & Bird LLP is seeking a Technology Training Specialist to design and deliver innovative learning experiences that empower attorneys and professionals to maximize productivity with emerging technologies, including Microsoft Copilot.

The role involves developing training across firm applications, creating digital content, authoring technical communications, and serving as a trusted advisor on best practices. Travel to other offices is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of training experience, preferably within a law firm environment.
• Ability to design, deliver, and assess technology training programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating and editing eLearning content and videos.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensively train and orientate new and existing Alston & Bird employees on firm policies and systems.
• Provide ongoing training to attorneys and staff on computer systems relevant to their roles.
• Lead instructor-led and virtual training sessions using Teams/Zoom.
• Write and update technical instructions and user guides.
• Develop and deliver eLearning videos and manage LMS content.
• Assist in all stages of software rollouts, including needs assessment and scheduling.
• Travel to other offices to train users as needed.
• Serve as liaison between IS and other departments to assess training needs.
