Job summary

Alston & Bird LLP is seeking a Technology Training Specialist to design and deliver innovative learning experiences that empower attorneys and staff to maximize productivity and client service using emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools.

This role requires leading instructor-led and online training, creating digital learning content, and serving as an administrator for the LMS while collaborating with IS and business stakeholders across the firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of training experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Familiar with software used at large law firms.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and orientate new and existing employees on firm systems and policies.
• Provide ongoing training on computer systems.
• Lead instructor‑led and virtual training sessions using Teams/Zoom.
