Job summary

Cooley AI, the frontier development arm of Cooley LLP, seeks a Practice Innovation Specialist to roll out and drive adoption of practice-facing technologies. You will partner with lawyers and cross-functional teams to ensure tools are used effectively to deliver exceptional client service.

You will develop an adoption framework, create training materials, run pilots, and produce case studies that demonstrate ROI.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of directly applicable experience in legal services, product delivery, change management, or adoption strategy execution.
• Demonstrated success driving adoption of legal technology or analogous enterprise tools in a complex environment.
• Advanced knowledge of workflows and needs of practicing lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and run a structured, data-driven innovation adoption framework that drives engagement and value across practice groups.
• Draft communications, create user guides and training materials, track success metrics, and gather user feedback through surveys and other channels.
• Partner with legal tech vendors and internal teams to document workflow requirements, test features, and communicate feedback to ensure tools meet needs of lawyers and clients.
• Support execution and logistics of experiments, trials and pilots with Innovation Counsel and other teams.
• Create digital resources and training materials to promote new products and features and encourage user adoption.
• Communicate with lawyers seeking guidance on practice-facing products and escalate complex inquiries as needed.
• Develop case studies and ROI narratives and coordinate with marketing for publication.
