Considine Search seeks an Innovation Attorney & Practice Advisor to join its Practice Innovation & Technology team in a premier global law firm setting. You will embed with practice groups, diagnose workflows, and identify AI-enabled improvements to transform how legal services are delivered.

The role reports to the Director of Practice Innovation & Technology and requires a practicing attorney with credibility in BigLaw, capable of piloting AI pilots from concept to enterprise deployment and

Qualifications

• JD required with 3–5 years of practice experience at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Consultative mindset: diagnose a workflow problem, propose a solution, and build consensus without positional authority.
• Deep engagement with GenAI landscape, testing tools and evaluating AI value.
• Exceptional communication: explain technical concepts to senior partners and translate feedback into product requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to drive technology adoption as a human-challenge, with empathy and persistence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose substantive legal workflows and identify where AI and technology deliver value.
• Analyze workflows in collaboration with attorneys, architecting reimagined delivery models.
• Lead working sessions with client and matter teams to surface pain points and co-develop AI solutions.
• Build credibility with partners and associates to drive change in a high-stakes environment.
• Lead AI pilots and PoCs from use case to enterprise deployment.
