You will design, train, and support—partnering with lawyers and peers to enable efficient, compliant workflows.

You will manage portals, collaboration sites and automation tools, ensure adoption through training, and contribute to responsible AI use while supporting firm-wide transformation goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in law firms, professional services or client services supporting lawyers.
• Strong interest in how legal services are delivered and improved.
• Experience with legal tech including AI, collaboration platforms, and document automation.

Aufgaben

• Support delivery and implementation of in-scope legal technology and automations from concept to go-live.
• Design and manage portals and document automation products for knowledge management.
• Provide day-to-day support of practice technology used by lawyers and professionals.
• Deliver tailored training and resources to promote adoption of legal tech and AI tools.
• Drive ongoing adoption of practice technology across the firm and embed tools into matter workflows.
• Support rollout and day-to-day enablement of AI-enabled products within the assigned scope.
• Triage user issues and route to appropriate owner or delivery pathway.
• Maintain QA workflows for updates to portals and client-facing apps; keep documentation current.
