Job summary

Reed Smith LLP in Philadelphia is seeking a Legal Recruiting Specialist to support the Legal Recruiting team. The role collaborates with the Assistant Director of U.S. Entry Level Recruiting on law student recruitment, summer associate programming, and new associate orientation and integration.

You will coordinate interview processes, gather feedback, and assist with on-campus recruiting across regional markets. A bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional discipline required.
• Zero to two years of prior administrative law firm or professional experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of current market trends and philosophies.

Responsibilities

• Schedule pre-screening calls and full interview rounds; coordinate and reschedule as needed.
• Serve as a primary point of contact; communicate interview details and updates with applicants and interview teams.
• Support end-to-end attorney recruiting by collecting and organizing feedback; review resumes and ask thoughtful questions.
• Complete forms, compile data, and perform administrative tasks with accuracy.
• Assist with on-campus recruiting; create interview schedules and coordinate travel arrangements.
