Job summary

Dechert LLP is seeking a Talent Recruiting Manager to lead the US entry-level associate recruiting strategy across its offices. You will drive full-cycle recruitment and the summer program, aligning with growth plans and the firm’s culture.

You will partner with firm leadership to anticipate hiring needs, optimize processes, and enhance the candidate experience. This role requires senior-level recruiting expertise and strong leadership across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• 7+ years of law firm administration or legal recruiting experience required, with demonstrated experience independently managing complex recruiting programs.
• Visio, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Workday are commonly used in this role to coordinate recruiting workflows and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate US fall campus recruiting and summer associate recruitment programs across multiple Dechert offices.
• Partner with hiring partners, practice group leaders, and department leadership to anticipate hiring needs and align recruiting efforts with growth plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with law schools, student organizations, universities, external recruiters, and professional organizations to support recruitment pipelines.
