Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• 7+ years of law firm administration or legal recruiting experience.
• Experience managing complex recruiting programs and advising stakeholders.
• Proficient with Vi, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee US fall campus recruiting and summer associate programs.
• Advise hiring partners on strategy and market considerations.
• Partner with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and align growth plans.
• Develop recruiting campaigns and enhance candidate experience.
• Provide recruiting metrics for leadership and governance.
• Mentor recruiting staff and manage post-offer processes.
