Reed Smith LLP seeks a seasoned recruiting leader to direct lateral associate and campus recruiting for its Century City, Los Angeles, and Orange County offices. You will manage the summer program, coordinate OCI events, and collaborate with partners to attract top talent.

You will supervise recruitment workflows, analytics, and budget management while fostering an engaging candidate experience across offices in Southern California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum four years of management-level recruiting experience in a law firm with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead lateral associate and counsel recruiting across Southern California offices (Century City, Los Angeles, Orange County).
• Partner with Directors and Office Leaders to identify, attract, and hire top talent.
• Coordinate campus recruiting and Summer Associate Program; manage OCI and law school events.
• Oversee candidate screening, interviews, due diligence, offers and onboarding for lateral hires.
• Develop and manage recruiting budgets; produce reports and metrics.
