What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead C-level and senior management level legal transformation conversations to identify targets with the sales team
- Drive the sales cycle to enhance LTS offerings and revenue across broader service lines
- Utilize professional networks to pursue new LTS opportunities and engage with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and the employer's consulting and delivery organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of consultative sales experience at the C-level and senior executive level, with 5+ years in account management or related fields
- Proven ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent; JD degree preferred
