Job summary

Gibson Dunn in Washington, DC is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to support risk management by researching conflicts, evaluating results, and communicating findings to partners.

The role requires strong attention to detail, 3–4 years in a large firm, familiarity with CMS/Aderant and Dun & Bradstreet, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position reports to the Intake/Conflicts Manager and collaborates with attorneys and staff to ensure accurate, timely processing.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 3–4 years as a Conflict Analyst in a large firm preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based systems.
• Familiarity with CMS/Aderant, Dun & Bradstreet, and Hoovers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review intake requests to ensure clarity on the matter.
• Research new intake requests against conflicts databases.
• Enter and analyze conflicts data in firm systems.
• Research external sources to establish corporate structures.
• Verify conflict reports for accuracy and consistency.
• Escalate issues to Partners and managers as needed.
