Gibson Dunn, a leading global law firm, seeks a Senior Manager, Conflicts Attorneys (U.S.) to lead the U.S. conflicts team and oversee clearance for new clients and matters across offices.

The role combines hands-on analysis of complex conflicts with building a capable team, setting standards, training, and working with partners to ensure compliance with professional responsibility rules.

Qualifications

• D. from an accredited law school; admitted in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a law firm conflicts, professional responsibility, or general counsel function.
• Experience mentoring, training, and reviewing the work of other conflicts attorneys or analysts; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the U.S. Conflicts Attorneys team and workload.
• Coordinating handover with the international conflicts team for global coverage.
• Mentoring, training, and providing performance feedback to team members.
