Responsibilities

• Review lateral candidate submissions for completeness and follow up as needed.
• Conduct conflicts searches against the firm’s conflicts database and other resources.
• Enter, search, and analyze conflicts data per firm policies.
• Research external sources to map corporate structures and relationships.
• Prepare conflicts reports for review by Conflicts Attorneys, flagting potential conflicts.
• Verify reports for completeness, consistency, and accuracy per standards.
• Support ethical screens for incoming lateral attorneys and track certifications.
• Maintain audit-ready records of clearance searches and communications.
• Ensure timely processing of lateral clearance requests during peak activity.
• Escalate complex issues promptly to Conflicts Attorneys.
• Assist with process improvements and cross-team coordination.
