Lease & LaBau, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Wilmington to manage on-campus and lateral attorney recruiting, screen candidates, interview, and extend offers. The role involves coordinating with search firms and law schools to align talent needs with acquisition strategies.

You will organize the Summer Associate Program, help plan wellness events, and assist with onboarding. The position also supports attorney development through CLE scheduling and training initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and at least two years of recruiting experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable about employment laws and able to adapt to changing demands.

Responsabilidades

• Handle on-campus and lateral attorney recruiting efforts, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and extend offers.
• Liaise with search firms and law schools to discuss needs and talent strategies.
• Organize the Summer Associate Program and assist planning of events and wellness activities.
• Assist with onboarding and integration for new hires.
• Support attorneys with professional development by scheduling CLE courses, implementing training, and coordinating evaluations.
