Voll Recruiting is hiring Legal Recruiters to join our growing team. We are looking for individuals who are driven, self-starters, and thrive in a remote working environment. We provide you with the tools and support you need and let you do the rest.

This is a 100% commission position with uncapped earning potential. Our Legal Recruiters start at 65% commission rate, and you can quickly earn up to 80% of your revenue.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Juris Doctor (JD) degree is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal recruitment
• Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in legal positions
• Strong understanding of the legal market, practice areas, and industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for legal positions, including partners, attorneys, and support staff roles
• Source and attract top legal talent through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and career objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high satisfaction and quality service
• Collaborate with internal team members to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the legal industry
• Stay informed on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
