What You Will Do

You will demonstrate understanding of people, processes, and technology in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities include conducting interviews for Disney College Program applicants, assessing their interest and suitability, and supporting them throughout the process. You will ensure a memorable experience for candidates and contribute to evolving operational processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Understanding of recruitment operations, interview techniques, and applicant assessments; active listening skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Strong system and technology skills supporting various platforms.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and navigate technology issues.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for engaging with applicants.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Solution-oriented with experience following structured processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading College Program students.
  • Experience partnering with Disney Internships & Programs.
  • Knowledge of Disney’s HR systems and processes.
  • Experience with BrassRing or other ATS platforms.
Education
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Additional Information
  • Availability: Minimum 24 hours/week during recruitment seasons (August–November, January–May). Hours may vary and include off-season periods.
  • Location: Remote work throughout the continental US with a dedicated home office.
  • Travel: Initial and possibly ongoing training in Orlando, FL.
  • Pay Range: $29.47/hour to $41.40/hour, depending on experience and location.
