Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consults with division staff to identify, define, and document business needs and objectives.
• Performs analysis and evaluation of business processes, system applications, and user needs to obtain desired outcomes.
• Manages and participates in various technology and process improvement projects.
• Provides training on projects and new business processes to staff and external stakeholders; prepares SOPs and training materials.
• Acts as liaison between technical and business units; travels to meetings as needed.
