• Experience analyzing and documenting workflows, business processes, or technology initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements for automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document legal and business workflows to identify automation opportunities.
• Gather, validate, and document business requirements for automation initiatives.
• Conduct process discovery and workflow mapping sessions with attorneys and stakeholders.
• Develop clear, implementation-ready requirements and specifications.
• Partner with Innovation, Technology, Legal Operations, and other teams to support automation projects.
• Ensure requirements reflect attorney workflows, matter lifecycles, and business processes.
• Support process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Maintain documentation standards for process analysis and requirements management.
• Use data to identify inefficiencies, validate opportunities, and measure outcomes.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to clarify objectives and success criteria.
