Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP invites applications for a Practice Development Coordinator to join the global litigation marketing team. The role supports a broad range of business development activities and works closely with practice areas and industry groups.

The position is in-office at least three to four days per week, with collaboration across regional offices including Miami. You will help draft proposals, maintain databases, and coordinate events and publicity efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two to four years of marketing or business development experience preferred.
• Experience at a law firm or professional services firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day operations of the global litigation practice and related areas.
• Assists with proposal requests and RFPs.
• Drafts proposals using practice descriptions and client lists.
• Maintains records of practice experience in the database.
• Gathers information for directories and ranking submissions (Chambers USA, Legal 500, etc.).
• Coordinates practice group conference calls and action items.
