Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years in marketing or business development.
• Experience at a law firm or professional services firm preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the global litigation practice marketing.
• Assist with proposals and RFPs, drafting using practice descriptions and client lists.
• Maintain records of practice experience and client lists.
• Gathers information for directories and ranking submissions (Chambers USA, Legal 500, Benchmark Litigation).
• Organize practice group conference calls and track action items.
• Assist in events and development of marketing materials and on-site logistics.
• Enter and maintain data in marketing databases and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with marketing and business professionals firm-wide.
