Greenberg Traurig is seeking a Practice Development Coordinator to join the Marketing Team in a multi-office capacity, including Miami. The role focuses on supporting the global litigation practice with BD activities, proposals, and directory submissions.

The position is in-office at least three to four days per week and reports to the Senior Practice Development Manager. Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of BD experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of marketing or business development experience.
• Experience at a law firm or professional services firm preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supports day-to-day operations of the global litigation practice and related groups.
• Assists in responding to proposals and RFPs with input from managers and BD teams.
• Drafts proposals using practice descriptions, databases, and client lists.
• Maintains records of the firm’s practice experience in the experience database.
• Gathers information for legal directories and ranking submissions.
• Coordinates practice group calls and tracks action items from discussions.
• Ensures timely updates to attorney bios, practice descriptions, and news.
• Helps deploy programs and events and supports on-site logistics.
• Updates marketing databases and ensures data integrity.
• Coordinates with marketing intelligence for research and strategic projects.
• Collaborates across firm functions and teams.
