Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Practice Development Manager to join the Marketing Team in offices including Miami. The role focuses on driving business development and marketing for litigation practice areas within a global firm.

The position requires a senior-level marketer with 10–15 years of experience, collaboration across teams, and strong client service in a fast-paced environment. In-office presence is required to foster team relationships and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s or JD preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years marketing experience; legal or professional services marketing experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works with global litigation practice/industry groups to support attorney requests.
• Assists in deploying programs and events hosted/sponsored by the firm, including marketing materials and on-site logistics.
• Creates ads and collateral for charitable events and sponsorships; submits ads to organizations after approval.
• Harbors information for directories and ranking authorities (Chambers USA, Legal 500, etc.).
• Prepares proposals and RFP responses using practice descriptions, databases, and client lists.
• Distributes marketing materials, newsletters, press releases, seminar materials, client alerts and updates.
• Manages attorney biographies, practice area descriptions, and news updates in databases.
• Inputs data into relevant databases and maintains proper storage of information.
• Supports marketing intelligence requests for proposals and projects.
• Assists in marketing initiatives like shareholder meetings and cross-marketing.
• Provides excellent client service to internal and external clients.
• Collaborates across functions and teams; handles additional projects as assigned.
