Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or JD preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years marketing experience; legal or professional services marketing experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works with the global litigation practice/industry groups to support attorney requests.
• Assists in deploying programs and events hosted/sponsored by the firm, including teleconferences, webinars, seminars and other events, and related marketing materials and logistics.
• Collaborates with creative services to create ads and collateral for events; submits ads for approval.
• Compiles information for directory and ranking authorities (Chambers USA, Legal 500, Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers).
• Prepares proposals and requests for proposal (RFPs) using practice descriptions, experience databases and client lists.
• Distributes marketing materials, internal newsletters, press releases, seminar materials and client alerts as needed.
• Ensures flow of information from attorneys to marketing, including bios, practice area updates and news.
• Inputs data into databases and ensures proper storage.
• Submits requests to marketing intelligence for proposals and projects.
• Supports marketing initiatives and cross-marketing meetings and office priorities.
• Provides excellent client service to internal and external clients.
