Fireworks AI is hiring a Legal Operations Specialist to scale a founding legal team. You’ll own the evaluation and implementation of our legal tech stack, stand up our CLM system, and connect legal data with cross-functional partners to enable rapid growth.

We seek a candidate with 10+ years in legal operations, Salesforce integration experience, and a bias toward building infrastructure from scratch using AI tools to improve daily workflows.

• As our Legal Operations Specialist, you’ll build the systems and infrastructure that let a founding legal team scale. You’ll own the evaluation and implementation of our legal tech stack, stand up our contract lifecycle management system, and serve as the connective tissue between legal and the cross‑functional partners who depend on clean contract data
• This is a build-from-the-ground-up role for someone energized by turning a scrappy legal function into a well‑instrumented one. This role initially reports to the General Counsel
• Evaluate and manage legal tech vendors and service providers
• Lead implementation and administration of our contract lifecycle management system
• Partner with sales, finance, revenue operations, and other stakeholders to ensure our systems deliver the reporting, visibility, and deal insight they need
