Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Legal Operations Professional to support the Legal Organization across systems, processes and technology for matters, invoicing and knowledge management. This role collaborates with attorneys, paralegals and IT to improve service delivery and efficiency.

The position may be located in Raynham, MA, New Brunswick, NJ, or Raritan, NJ, with a focus on operational effectiveness and process improvement within a large healthcare company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, finance or related field.
• Experience in legal operations or legal support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day legal operations activities, including matter intake, tracking and reporting.
• Assist with legal vendor and outside counsel coordination, including onboarding and performance tracking.
• Maintain and support legal systems, databases and tools for data accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and analyses for legal leadership decisions.
• Help develop and document legal processes, workflows and SOPs.
• Support budgeting, invoice review and financial tracking for the Legal function.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Procurement and IT on legal operations initiatives.
• Uphold Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and ethical business practices.
